Description

Calanthe leonidii (also called 'Leonid's Calanthe', among many other common names) is a small, terrestrial orchid native to Southeast Asia. It typically grows to a height of 10-30 cm and has a creeping, branching stem. Its leaves are lanceolate and its flowers are white to pink in color. It grows in moist, shady habitats such as woodlands, meadows and riverbanks.
