                        Description
                        
                            Calanthe baliensis (also called 'Coral Vine' and 'Coralbells', among many other common names) is a perennial climber native to Peru and Bolivia. It grows in moist and shady habitats, with its stems reaching up to 3 meters in length. Its leaves are alternate, ovate-lanceolate, and its flowers are bright red, with yellow stamens.
