Description
Caladenia exserta (also called Red-lipped Spider Orchid, among many other common names) is a terrestrial orchid found in Australia. It has a single leaf and a single flower on a stem that can reach up to 30 cm in height. The flower has a deep red lip and white petals. It is native to the south-west of Western Australia and is found in a variety of habitats, including heathlands, woodlands and sandplains.
