Description

Bulbophyllum tripetalum (also called 'Three-petalled Bulbophyllum', among many other common names) is a species of orchid found in tropical Africa and Asia. It is a small epiphytic orchid with a creeping rhizome and short stems. The leaves are oblong-lanceolate and the flowers are yellowish-green with a purple-brown lip. It grows in humid forests and grasslands, usually in shady areas.
