Description

Bulbophyllum torquatum (also called Torqued Bulbophyllum, among many other common names) is an epiphytic orchid species native to China, Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, and Myanmar. It is found in humid forests at elevations of 500–1000 m. It has a short, creeping rhizome with short, cylindrical pseudobulbs and a single, apical leaf. The flowers are small and yellowish-green in color.
