Description
Bulbophyllum schmidii (also called Schmid's bulbophyllum, among many other common names) is an epiphytic orchid that grows up to 8 inches tall. It is native to Southeast Asia, and is found in moist, shady, tropical forests. Its leaves are alternate, simple, and elliptic-lanceolate in shape, with a smooth margin and a pointed tip. The flowers are small and yellow.
