Description
Bulbophyllum ptychantyx (also called B. ptychantyx, among many other common names) is a species of orchid native to the tropical regions of the Americas. It is a small, evergreen orchid with a creeping rhizome and flowers that are up to 1 cm long. It grows in moist, shady habitats such as rainforest floors, stream banks, and moist rock crevices.
