                        Description
                        
                            Bulbophyllum mearnsii (also called Mearns' Bulbophyllum, among many other common names) is an epiphytic orchid that grows up to 1 m tall. It is native to the southeastern United States and is found in dry, open woods, prairies, and roadsides. It has narrow, lance-shaped leaves and clusters of small, pinkish-purple flowers.
