Description
                        
                            Brachionidium rugosum (also called Rugose brachionidium, among many other common names) is a small epiphytic orchid species found in the tropical rainforests of Central and South America. It has a single, thin, cylindrical pseudobulb, with two or three leathery, oblong leaves. The flowers are small, white and fragrant, with a yellow lip. It grows in humid, shady areas, often on trees.

                            Brachionidium rugosum is a perennial herb that can be propagated by seed or cuttings. It prefers well-drained, moist soils and full sun or partial shade. It can tolerate temperatures down to -5°C (23°F). It can be propagated by seed or cuttings.
