Description
Angraecum sororium (also called Sister's Angraecum, among many other common names) is a species of orchid native to Madagascar. It is a small epiphytic orchid with long, thin, arching stems, and thin, pointed leaves. It is found in humid forests and in grasslands at elevations of up to 1,200 meters.
Flower, Seeds and Seedlings
Angraecum sororium has white, fragrant flowers with long, narrow petals and sepals. The flowers are borne in clusters of up to 10. The seeds are small, round and black. The seedlings are small and delicate, with long, narrow leaves.
