                        Description
                        
                            Ancistrorhynchus tenuicaulis (also called Tenuicaulis ancistrorhynchus, among many other common names) is a shrub or small tree that grows up to 10 meters tall. It is native to tropical Africa and is found in moist forests and along riverbanks. It has a greyish-brown bark and its leaves are oblong and glossy green.

                            The Ancistrorhynchus tenuicaulis flower has five white petals and a yellow center.                             Ancistrorhynchus tenuicaulis can be propagated by division or cuttings. Plant divisions should be taken in spring or early summer. The cuttings should be placed in a moist medium and kept in a warm, bright location.
