Description

Acianthera zumbae (also called Zumba's Acianthera, among many other common names) is a species of orchid found in Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru. It is a small epiphyte that grows on trees in wet montane forests at elevations of 1,400–2,400 m. It has long, thin, green leaves and produces small, greenish-white flowers.
