Description
Phylloscirpus deserticola (also called Desert bulrush, among many other common names) is a perennial grass-like plant native to the southwestern United States and northern Mexico. It has long, thin, grass-like leaves and small, greenish-brown flowers. It grows in dry, sandy soils and is often found in deserts, dry grasslands, and chaparral habitats.
