Eriophorum scheuchzeri (also called Scheuchzer's Cottongrass, among many other common names) is a perennial herbaceous plant native to the Arctic, subarctic, and temperate regions of Europe, Asia, and North America. It grows in wet meadows, marshes, and bogs, and can reach up to 0.6 m in height.
