Cephalocarpus erectolaxus (also called Erectolaxus, among many other common names) is a small, evergreen shrub native to the tropical forests of Central and South America. It has long, narrow leaves that are green to yellow in color and grow in a rosette pattern. The plant is found in moist, tropical forests and is shade-tolerant.
