Alsophila fenicis (also called Fenic's Tree-fern, among many other common names) is a species of tree fern in the Cyatheaceae family. It is native to China, Japan, and Korea. It is typically found in moist, shady places such as forests, cliffs, and valleys.

Alsophila fenicis has small, greenish-brown flowers, which are followed by small, dark brown seeds. The seedlings are small and have a single, long leaf.
