Xylorhiza glabriuscula (also called Smooth Wood-Rushes, among many other common names) is a perennial herbaceous plant native to the western United States. It has a basal rosette of leaves with yellow flowers, and grows in dry, open areas such as sagebrush and pinyon-juniper woodlands.
