                        Description
                        
                            Wilkesia gymnoxiphium (also called Wilkes' Wilkesia, among many other common names) is a perennial herbaceous plant native to Hawaii. It is found in alpine and subalpine grasslands. It has a rosette of leaves and a yellow flower head. The leaves are deeply lobed and have a toothed margin.
