Description
Vernonia conyzoides (also called ironweed, bitterweed, and wildflax, among many other common names) is an annual herb native to Africa, Asia, and Australia. It is found in open, disturbed areas such as roadsides, fields, and waste places. Its leaves are lance-shaped and its flowers are small and white.
