                        Cultivation and Propagation

Vernonia borinquensis is a perennial herbaceous plant that can be propagated by seed or division. It prefers moist, well-drained soils in full sun. It is drought tolerant and requires little maintenance once established. For best results, sow seeds in the spring and divide established plants in the fall.
