                            Vernonanthura pinguis (also called 'Soft-Leaved Vernonanthura', among many other common names) is a perennial herbaceous plant native to Argentina and Uruguay. It has a basal rosette of leaves and a tall, erect stem that can reach up to 1 meter in height.
