                            Verbesina montanoifolia (also called Mountain Verbesina, among many other common names) is a perennial herbaceous plant that grows up to 1 m tall. It is native to the Andes in Peru, Bolivia, Ecuador, and Colombia. It typically grows in moist grasslands and open forests.
