Taraxacum plicatifrons (also called 'Plicate Dandelion', among many other common names) is a perennial herbaceous plant that grows up to 10 cm tall. It is native to the mountains of Central and South Europe, where it grows in meadows, pastures and rocky slopes. It has a basal rosette of leaves and a single stem with yellow flowers.
