Description

Smallanthus macvaughii (also called Macvaugh's Smallanthus, among many other common names) is an annual herb that grows up to 60 cm tall. It has a basal rosette of leaves and solitary flower heads with white ray florets and yellow disc florets. It is native to the southeastern United States and is found in moist, shady habitats.
