Sinacalia macrocephala is a perennial plant that can be propagated by division or by seed. It prefers well-drained soil and full sun. It is drought tolerant and can tolerate temperatures down to -15°C (5°F). It can be propagated by seed, but it is slow to germinate and may take up to a year for the seedlings to emerge. Division is the preferred method of propagation.
