                        Description
                        
                            Senecio macrophyllus (also called large-leaved ragwort, among many other common names) is a perennial herbaceous plant that grows up to 1.5 m tall. It is native to the western United States, and is found in dry, open areas such as deserts and rocky slopes. It has yellow flowers and large, lobed leaves.
