                        Description
                        
                            Senecio hortensiae (also called Hortensia's Senecio, among many other common names) is an evergreen shrub native to South Africa. It has dark green, leathery leaves and produces small, white flowers. It grows best in partial shade and prefers moist, well-drained soil.
