Senecio eligulatus (also called African Daisy, among many other common names) is an annual or biennial herbaceous plant native to South Africa. It has a single, erect stem that can reach up to 1.2 m in height. Its leaves are alternate, simple, and lanceolate with a toothed margin. It is found in grasslands and open woodlands.
