Description
Saussurea acrophila (also called Himalayan snow lotus, among many other common names) is a perennial herbaceous plant native to the Himalayas and the Tibetan Plateau. It has a thick, woody stem and large, white flowers. It grows in alpine meadows and rocky slopes at elevations of 3,000-5,000 m.
