                        Description
                        
                            Pytinicarpa neocaledonica (also called Pytinicarpa, among many other common names) is a perennial herbaceous plant native to Colombia. It has a large, woody rootstock and a single stem that can reach up to 1 m in height. Its leaves are ovate-lanceolate, with entire margins and a pointed tip.
