Psephellus abchasicus is an evergreen perennial that can be propagated from seed or division. It prefers full sun and well-drained soil. Sow the seeds directly in the garden in spring or start them indoors 6-8 weeks before the last frost. The seeds should be sown in a shallow trench and lightly covered with soil. Keep the soil moist until germination. Division can be done in spring or fall. Dig up the clumps and divide them into smaller sections, making sure each section has a good root system.
