Pluchea microcephala (also called Small-headed Pluchea, among many other common names) is an annual herb native to the western Himalayas. It has a single stem with a few branches and grows up to 40 cm tall. Its leaves are opposite, ovate-lanceolate, and have a white-hairy surface. It grows in grasslands, alpine meadows, and rocky slopes.
