Pleiotaxis petitiana can be propagated by seed or cuttings. Seeds should be sown in a warm, sunny location and kept moist until germination occurs. Cuttings should be taken from the tips of the stems and planted in a well-draining potting mix. Both methods require regular watering and fertilizing to ensure healthy growth.
