                        Description
                        
                            Peripleura virgata (also called 'Bristly-leaved Peripleura', among many other common names) is a small, perennial herbaceous plant native to South America. It has a woody base and grows up to 30 cm tall. Its leaves are oblong-lanceolate, with a rough texture, and its flowers are yellow.
