Oligochaeta tomentosa is a perennial plant that can be propagated by division or by seed. It prefers full sun and well-drained soil. It is drought tolerant and can tolerate some shade. It can be propagated by division in spring or fall. The seeds should be sown in a cold frame in the spring and the seedlings should be transplanted when they are large enough to handle. It is best to space the plants 18-24 inches apart.
