                        Description
                        
                            Oligactis nubigena (also called cloud-loving everlasting, among many other common names) is a perennial herbaceous plant native to the western United States. It has a basal rosette of leaves and a single stem with a few branches. The leaves are oblong-lanceolate and have a white-woolly underside. The flowers are white and have a yellow center. It grows in dry grasslands, scrublands, and rocky slopes.
