Description
Mikania violifolia (also called Violet Climbing Hempweed, among many other common names) is a perennial herbaceous plant native to Brazil. It has a woody stem and grows up to 2 meters tall. Its leaves are ovate, with a serrated margin and a pointed apex. It grows in open grasslands and in rocky areas in the Cerrado and Caatinga regions.
