Leontopodium muscoides (also called Mossy Leontopodium, among many other common names) is a perennial herbaceous plant that grows up to 30 cm tall. It is native to the mountains of Central and Southern Europe, and is found in alpine meadows, grasslands, and rocky slopes. It has small, white, star-shaped flowers.
