                            Lachnorhiza piloselloides (also called Lachnorhiza maculata, among many other common names) is an annual herb native to the western United States. It has a hairy stem and grows to a height of about 0.5 m. It is found in dry, open grasslands and shrublands at elevations of 1,000-2,500 m.
