Koanophyllon tetranfolium is a perennial plant that is easy to grow and propagate. It prefers full sun and well-drained soil. Propagation can be done by seed or by division of the root clumps. Seeds should be sown in spring or early summer, and the seedlings should be thinned out when they are large enough to handle. Division of the root clumps can be done in spring or autumn. The divided clumps should be replanted immediately.
