                        Description
                        
                            Koanophyllon peninsulare (also called koanophyllon, among many other common names) is a shrub native to tropical Central America. It has a dense, upright habit with numerous stems and its leaves are oblong-lanceolate in shape. It grows in moist, well-drained soils in areas with high humidity and temperatures ranging from 20-30°C.
