Description

Koanophyllon nudiflorum (also called Naked-Flowered Koanophyllon, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the family Asteraceae. It is native to the Mediterranean region, and is found in dry, rocky areas, as well as in meadows and steppes. It is an annual herb that grows up to 40 cm tall, with a few, sparsely branched stems. Its leaves are alternate, lanceolate, and up to 5 cm long. Its flowers are yellow, with a diameter of up to 2 cm.
