                        Description
                        
                            Jefea brevifolia (also called 'Fairy Duster', among many other common names) is a perennial shrub native to the deserts of the southwestern United States and northern Mexico. It grows to a height of 1-3 feet and has small, gray-green leaves and bright pink-red flowers. It is found in dry, rocky areas, desert washes, and on hillsides.
