Hysterionica nebularis is a perennial that can be propagated from seed or from division. The seeds should be sown in a moist, well-draining soil and kept in a warm, humid environment. The seeds should germinate within a few weeks and the seedlings should be transplanted when they are large enough to handle. Division can be done in the spring or fall and the divisions should be planted in a moist, well-draining soil.
