                            Hughesia reginae (also called Queen's Hughesia, among many other common names) is a small shrub native to the southwestern United States. It has small, oval leaves and yellow flower heads. It prefers to grow in dry, open woodlands and scrublands.

                            Hughesia reginae is used as an ornamental plant in gardens and as a windbreak.
