Description

Hippolytia crassicollum (also called Thick-necked Meadow-rue, among many other common names) is a perennial herbaceous plant native to Europe and Asia. It has a basal rosette of leaves and a tall stem with a single flower head. It is found in grasslands, meadows, and roadsides.
