                        Description
                        
                            Helogyne straminea (also called 'Pink Helogyne' and 'Pink Daisy', among many other common names) is an annual herbaceous plant native to South America. It grows up to 30 cm tall and has a woody base. Its leaves are covered with white hairs, giving it a woolly appearance. It grows in rocky grasslands and scrublands, and is drought-tolerant.
