                            Heliopsis parviceps (also called 'Heliopsis', 'Heliopsis parviceps', 'Heliopsis parviceps var. parviceps', 'Heliopsis parviceps var. tenuifolia', 'Heliopsis tenuifolia' among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the daisy family. It is native to the Mediterranean region and is found in dry, rocky habitats. It is a low-growing, mat-forming, evergreen perennial with small, linear, grey-green leaves and solitary, yellow daisy-like flowers in summer.

                            Heliopsis parviceps is a perennial that is native to the eastern United States. It is best grown in full sun and well-drained soils. Propagation is usually done by seed, which should be sown in the fall or spring.
