                        Description
                        
                            Echinocoryne schwenkiifolia (also called the Common Sea-lavender, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the Plumbaginaceae family. It is a perennial herb with a woody base and grows up to 25 cm tall. It is native to the Mediterranean region and is found in coastal habitats, salt marshes, and other saline areas.
