Description

Diplostephium hippophae (also called Sea Buckthorn, among many other common names) is a perennial herbaceous plant native to the mountains of Europe and Asia. It has very hairy leaves and stems, and yellow flowers with a diameter of about 1 cm. It grows in rocky slopes and alpine tundra.
